In the era of rapidly advancing medical technology, minimally invasive techniques and translational medicine are leading profound changes in the field of healthcare as significant forces propelling medical progress. Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital consistently targets the forefront of medicine, accurately positions its minimally invasive disciplines, implements significant technological innovations, and establishes its unique characteristics and brand. The hospital continues to deepen its disciplinary advantages, build research highlands, integrate research into clinical practice, and incorporate technological innovation into national strategic needs, forming two golden business cards of Minimally Invasive Medicine and Interdisciplinary Integration of Medicine, Engineering, and Information Technology.
As the first hospital in China to introduce minimally invasive technology, Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital has led the development of minimally invasive surgery in China and the world through a clinical and scientific research path. The hospital's endoscopic and robotic surgeries accounts for 80% of the total surgeries, covering almost all surgical fields, and driving the advancement of minimally invasive techniques in the internal medicine field. Academic achievements in the field of minimally invasive medicine have been featured in a special report by the international top academic journal Nature. The hospital has reached a leading domestic and advanced international level in fields such as minimally invasive hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgeries, corneal transplantation, diagnosis and treatment of lower back pain, assisted reproduction, and complex coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation treatment, with several surgical techniques internationally pioneering.
邵逸夫医院拟举办浙江大学启真医学青年论坛之“微创与转化医学创新分论坛”，为海内外青年人才搭建学术交流和学术成果展示平台。本论坛将通过专题报告、学术研讨、人才洽谈和实地参观等形式，共同探讨微创技术的最新突破、转化医学的最新成果及其在临床实践中的应用，推动医疗健康产业的创新发展。
Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital plans to hold the Sub-Forum: The Innovation of Minimally Invasive and Translational Medicine of the Zhejiang University Qizhen Medical Youth Forum to build an academic exchange and academic achievement display platform for young talents at home and abroad. This forum will explore the latest breakthroughs in minimally invasive technology, the latest achievements in translational medicine, and their application in clinical practice through special reports, academic discussions, talent negotiations, and on-site visits, promoting the innovative development of the healthcare industry.
一、邀请对象
1.年龄一般在40周岁以下；已取得海内外知名大学博士学位。
2.取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果，且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才发展潜力的优秀青年学者。
3.拟依托邵逸夫医院申报国家级青年人才计划（项目）或申请邵逸夫医院科学研究类岗位青年学者。
I. Invitation Targets
1. Generally under the age of 40; have obtained a doctoral degree from well-known universities at home and abroad.
2. Outstanding young scholars who have achieved scientific research or technical results recognized by peers and have the potential to become academic leaders or outstanding talents in the field.
3. Plan to apply for the national youth talent program (project) based on Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital or to apply for a young scholar position in the scientific research category at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital.

线下会议：学术报告、实地参观交流、人才洽谈等，若因故无法到现场，可线上参会。
论坛期间不收取任何费用。

海外优秀青年学者招聘
NSFC Outstanding Young Scholars from Overseas
申报条件（正式申报条件以2025年国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目（海外）指南为准）
1．出生日期在1985年1月1日（含）以后；
2. 具有博士学位；在取得博士学位后，一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位，且具有连续36个月以上工作经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求；
3. 取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果，且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力；
4. 申请人尚未全职回国（来华）工作，或者2024年1月1日以后回国（来华）工作。获资助通知后须辞去海外工作或在海外无工作，全职回国（来华）工作不少于3年。
5. 限项要求：同层次国家科技人才计划只能承担一项，不能逆层次申请。
Application Requirements（the official application requirements will be based on the 2025 NSFC Outstanding Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas)Guidelines）
1. The date of birth is on or after January 1, 1985 (inclusive).
2. Possess a doctoral degree. After obtaining the doctoral degree and before the declaration in 2025, the applicant should have gained a formal teaching or scientific research position in overseas universities, research institutes, or R&D organizations of enterprises, and have a working experience of more than 36 consecutive months; for those who have obtained the doctoral degree overseas and have outstanding performance, the requirement of working experience can be relaxed appropriately.
3. The applicant should achieved scientific research or technical achievements recognized by peer experts in his/her field, and exhibit the potential to become academic leaders in their respective fields.
4. The applicant has not yet work in China on a full-time basis, or has returned after January 1, 2024. The applicant must have resigned from his/her overseas job or have no job overseas and return to China full-time for at least 3 years after being notified of the grant.
5. Limitations: Only one project can be undertaken at the same level of the National Science and Technology Talent Program, and no application can be made at the reverse level.

取得国内外高水平大学博士学位，具有国际高水平大学助理教授或副教授相当学术水平;为所从事研究领域的青年拔尖人才，有成为该领域学术带头人的发展潜力，原则上能独立发展一个符合学科发展要求的学术方向;自然科学领域年龄一般在35周岁左右。
Applicants are required to hold a doctorate from a globally renowned university. Ideal candidates should currently hold a position as an assistant or associate professor (or an equivalent role) at an internationally recognized university known for its academic excellence. We are seeking exceptional individuals who stand out among their peers, demonstrating the capability to independently establish and develop research directions. These candidates should exhibit the potential to become academic leaders in their respective fields. The age limit is typically around 35 years old for natural sciences.
